We are seeking an industry-leading Division Director for Planning and Strategic Services (PSS) who brings significant experience in consulting and delivering high-quality work products, with a proven track record of leadership, client service, and strategic impact. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our mission-driven team in designing and implementing high-impact strategies, shape the future of public safety consulting, and make a measurable difference for agencies across North America.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) retirement plan.
