Who We Need

ESCI is seeking Law Enforcement Subject Matter Experts who are at the Sergeant rank (current or retired) and above for assistance in writing test questions, developing promotional exam exercises, administering tests, and in other areas. What is a Subject Matter Expert? An SME is a person who has demonstrated extensive knowledge, skills and experience in a specific subject or discipline.
