ESCI has been awarded the following projects:
Skagit County EMS, Washington – Comprehensive EMS System Assessment. This project will analyze the current EMS delivery and deployment system along with the agencies planning process and financial elements. ESCI will look at what the future system demand will be and make recommendations that will allow Skagit County EMS to continue to provide excellent service.
Mid-Columbia Fire and Rescue, Oregon – Executive Recruitment. This project will seek out a Division Chief for Volunteer Recruitment and Retention that meets all of the fire department’s expectations and is the overall right fit for the job. Snohomish Fire District 15, Washington – Agency Evaluation and Member Survey and Stakeholder Interview Process. These projects will evaluate the agencies current conditions as well as the current service performance including management components, organizational planning, and staffing.
Palatine Rural Fire Protection District, Illinois – Strategic Plan Facilitation. This project will facilitate the development of the organizational strategic plan and will guide the local planning group through the honest and objective assessment of internal and external issues.
Walla Walla, Washington – Staffing and Deployment Analysis. This project will analyze the current staffing, service delivery, and performance of the agency. From the information collected, ESCI will identify alternative strategies for deployment, personnel, budget, and scheduling.
