ESCI has been awarded the following projects:
Loudon County, VA– Strategic Plan
This project will produce a Strategic Plan that will guide the direction of the agency over the next five years. ESCI will facilitate an actionable plan that utilizes a set of performance objectives noting responsible parties and a quantitative method to monitor performance.
Odessa, MO – Emergency Services Feasibility Study
This project will analyze the options available regarding future service delivery, organizational structure, and financial stability. Options will be evaluated regarding concepts of annexation, creation of a new fire district, or consolidation with other existing fire districts.
Hazardville, CT – Agency Evaluation
This project will assess current organizational conditions, service performances, future community conditions, service demands, and fire protection risks. ESCI will then use the completed evaluation of each agency and assessment of future emergency services needs to identify opportunities and feasibility of cooperative efforts.
Pueblo of Laguna , NM – Master Plan
These strategies intend to place the organization in a position to successfully serve the future demands and risks. ESCI will develop and analyze various operational models for providing emergency services with the specific intent of identifying those options that can deliver the desired levels of service at the most efficient cost.
