ESCI has been awarded the following projects:

Lakeside, Show Low, Pinetop, and Linden, Arizona – Cooperative Services Study

This project creates a baseline assessment of current organizational conditions and service performances, and will use that information to identify opportunities and feasibility for collaborative options. From here, ESCI will identify areas of duplication that can be reduced through consolidation efforts, as well as potential service improvements.

City of Kirkland, Washington – Standards of Coverage

This project is to produce a Standards of Cover document that is fully compliant with industry best practices in the field of deployment analysis. This evaluation and analysis of data will be based on nationally recognized guidelines and criteria and generally accepted practices within emergency services.

Cedar Hill Fire Department, Texas – Master Plan

These strategies intend to place the organization in a position to successfully serve the future demands and risks. ESCI will develop and analyze various operational models for providing emergency services with the specific intent of identifying those options that can deliver the desired levels of service at the most efficient cost.
